I was back in Ossett today for the second part of my shoot at Palmer & Duncan vets. You may have seen in an earlier blog post that they were looking for a Wakefield commercial photographer to shoot some images for their new website and kindly commissioned me for the job. Today’s shoot was along similar lines as the first one where we created some informal portraits of the staff with their own pets as well as making some great images of the daily life at the practice. This time I also got to photograph vet Emma operating on Bruno, a Great Dane the size of a small horse, Christine performing a dew claw removal and X-raying Lottie the black lab as well as feline dental surgery and a raft of other minor medical issues. The one thing I noticed is that everyone at the practice really does like animals and the care and attention they gave each patient is second to none so, if you’re in or close to Ossett, you couldn’t do better than take your pet here. Have a look at their old website (PDvets) and make sure to check back soon and see the new version with some of these images :¬)
