Bagden Hall wedding photographer: Helen & David

Helen and David booked me as their Bagden Hall wedding photographer after we met at Christian and Jodie’s wedding where Helen was a bridesmaid. Helen and David will be getting married in early May in Barnsley and then heading over to Bagden Hall for the reception and the photos. If the weather is good and we get outside at Bagden, I’m hoping there will be cherry blossom and a lot of verdant spring greenery for the photos. Today though, we met up at Newmillerdam to go through the details of the big day and have a bit of a pre-wedding shoot to get them used to the camera. pre-wedding shoots are a great getting to know you session and also result in some great images that we can use for a storyboard or guest book. Although it was a grim afternoon with very flat lighting, we had a good laugh and got a lots of images. Typically though, as we left the session the sun came out and there was some gorgeous afternoon light but just a bit too late but in any case, we’re saving that for the big day!
