Musician promo shoot: Rolling Keys

I haven’t done a musician promo shoot for a while so it was good to get in the studio with Ben and Sarah, aka The Rolling Keys, for a promo shoot for their new website. The Rolling Keys are a wedding duo but undertake other functions too covering many genres of music. I did the shoot in the studio on a white infinity sweep, also choosing to drop it to soft grey, and also a good number of low key images on a black background. Following the studio session, we headed out into the garden to shoot some infrared portraits for something very different. Infrared is in a much higher spectrum than the normal light rays our eyes see, but using a specially modified camera, I can record outside the human vision of light to get some really different portraits.
