Spring time in the woods

Couldn’t resist a trip out to photograph the wood anemonies that are carpeting the local woodlands at the moment. I limited my kit on this trip to just two lenses, the awesome 24mm tilt/shift lens and a very sharp 90mm macro lens. Here’s just a single image for a taster taken with the 24mm perspective...

A boudoir shoot with Kim.

Kim travelled over from York for a boudoir session – my reputation is spreading far and wide ha ha! This was a fun and relaxed session and proves that the boudoir sessions are not just for the 20yr olds! Laura makes a return visit.

Laura was back in the studio for a few more shots for her portfolio. This time we did mainly boudoir shots of her in her new corsets and basques. Agian I used a mixture of low key shots on dark backgrounds as well as utilising some of the props around the studio.

Stuart’s headshot shoot.

Budding actor Stuart arrived at the studio for a headshot shoot to update his portfolio and get some new images to send to the casting agents. I went for a lot of low key shots to start with and then we ended up with some general lifestyle shots around the studio.
