Cannon Hall wedding photographer shooting vintage style wedding

Cannon Hall wedding photographer: Lucy & Peter chose to get married at Cannon Hall near Barnsley followed by a reception at Cawthorne Village Hall. There was an ever present threat of rain, heavy rain, that had been forecast but it didn’t arrive until the early evening when the heavens opened! For most of the day it was hot and sultry and everyone was in a lather but the day went well and was enjoyed by everyone. I loved the vintage style of the bridesmaids and Lucy’s funky footwear and the vintage theme continued with the girls arriving in a super old ‘Dub’ and the boys on a vintage bus. After the ceremony, we headed to the walled garden for some formals before nipping out into the main grounds to use the old columns for the bridal party shots. Down in Cawthorne, the hall had been beautifully decorated by Lucy and co and the wedding breakfast went down a treat. The hall was stacked to the gunnels by the time first dance came along and it was absolutely swealtering in there! Here’s a selection from the day.
